Comparison is separate from consent

Comparison stores selected public business IDs in this browser to keep selections when you navigate. Clearing comparison removes those selections. Comparing does not send homeowner contact information to businesses or authorize an estimate request.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Pembroke Pines Pros, operated by DTN Enterprises, LLC, uses Google Analytics to understand visits to public pages and actions such as selecting a service, comparing businesses, or choosing a business phone or website link. These actions indicate interest; they do not confirm a completed call, inquiry, booking or purchase. Google provides Analytics and receives the consented measurement data, including browser, device and network information; Analytics may use cookies after acceptance. We load no Google Analytics tag and send no Analytics events before affirmative consent or after decline. You can decline without affecting browsing, comparison or business contact actions, and change your preference through Analytics choices near the page footer. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone values, private account identifiers, claim information, inquiry messages, authentication data, private notes, payment details or raw form/search text to Google Analytics. Measurement is limited to approved public pages on pembrokepinespros.com; protected application areas are excluded. To remember your choice, this browser stores only your choice, preference version and expiry for up to 180 days. A necessary preference cookie separately remembers a declined choice for up to 180 days. A new browser/device or cleared storage may require a new choice; we do not use fingerprinting to restore it. Analytics cookies are separate from the preference record and comparison storage. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes this site's Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. Analytics remains disabled during private preparation except for separately authorized operator-only testing. Public activation requires a separate release decision.

Private inquiries and selected participating recipients

When intake is approved and enabled, estimate requests are stored privately for only the active participating businesses you explicitly select and authorized platform Administrators. We record your selected recipients, contact preference, consent version and time. A business needs separately approved participation and an active authorized receiving team; being listed, claimed, Enhanced or Sponsored alone does not qualify it. Request consent does not enroll you in marketing. Any future marketing permission must be separate. Intake is currently paused; preparation tests use fictional details.

Accounts and public listing information

Sign in with ChatGPT provides server-recognized account identity. The application stores its identity mapping and supplied account name/email for account, role, membership and claim management. Private verification evidence and audit details are restricted to authorized operations. Public unclaimed listings may use publicly available factual business information; inclusion is not participation, partnership, endorsement or credential verification.

Retention and privacy requests

Standard inquiry retention has a 24-calendar-month target; spam or invalid inquiries have a 90-day target. Expired inquiry access is denied. An Administrator can deliberately anonymize contact/project details and related private business notes. Scheduled deletion is not enabled, so a target is not a promise of automatic erasure. Older backups must be reconciled with later privacy erasures before restored access. We cannot erase communications retained independently by a recipient business. Contact support for access, correction, removal or routing concerns; we verify authority before acting.
